It was virgin territory for all of us today - having had a girl who insists on having long hair we had never really had to worry about children's haircuts. But, as Granny pointed out, Ben was beginning to look like he was trying to create a comb-over of his bald patch so it was time to get the clippers out!
Ben loved it, in fact it made him go a bit misty-eyed and he is now the owner of a haircut any army recruit would be proud of!
